At Lumatec, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you're not happy with your order, you may request a return within 3 days of receiving your item.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
• All accessories, manuals, and included items must be returned.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Products that have been used, damaged, or altered.
• Items returned without their original packaging.
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper.

Return Process

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@lumatec.co.za so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
