At Lumatec, we are committed to providing high-quality lighting products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You may return your item within 5 calendar days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item supplied by Lumatec.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Lumatec cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products returned after the 5-day return period.
  • Used or damaged products (unless received damaged).
  • Items missing original packaging or accessories.
  • Gift cards (if applicable).

  • Reason for Return
  • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)
